September has come and gone!

Well Mac is LOVING school! She is so excited to get up and go and when Friday comes it's always a sad morning (no school since she only goes mon-thurs). All weekend she asks if it's Monday yet and when Monday finally comes...she's happy once again! The boys have been enjoying Mac going to school too...I think. Brekk gets mommy time since Haak takes a morning nap and it's been really good for both of us. He became attached to Andy once Haakon was born and now that Mac is in school and Haak sleeps in the am, we are bonding once again. He's starting to talk a lot more and actually speaking in sentences now that Mac isn't here to talk for him all the time.

Haak has changed so much too. He is on the move...not crawling, just rolling. I don't think he'll crawl because he knows he can get anywhere he wants by log rolling. He's into everything and Mackena is learning once again that she has to put up all the "little" stuff that Haakon can't have.

Life has been hectic. Lots of colds and such now that fall is here and I think that's the way it will be until spring. :( And...we haven't moved yet. Lots of delays with the buyers of our house and since we aren't rich enough to own 2 houses, we're still here! Hopefully we'll be moving within the next week or so. It's been very stressful but we know it will all be worth it in the end. (I MUST keep reminding myself of that!)

And we can't forget that bird hunting has begun (grouse and woodcock that is)! Whenever Andy gets a spare moment he's off hunting with the dogs. He's gotten a couple birds but as Mac says "those birds are just too fast for daddy to get...silly birds!" It's been a great stress reliever as usual for him so even if we don't have lots of birds in the freezer yet, it is still worth him being gone a few hours every couple days.

Once we get moved I'll get some pics of the new place posted. Hopefully that will be SOON! :)

Life has been a bit hectic lately (oh wait...not that it's not usually crazy around here, just MORE hectic as of late I guess)! There is going to be a lot of change around here very soon. We have an offer on our house (praise God!) and are trying to find a house to move into. Everything is coming together just perfect, His plan is amazing. I can't imagine a nicer little family to move into our house. It's hard to think about leaving the home you've brought all your babies home from the hospital to and just all the memories of the past 4 years! I know I'm getting sappy but it is a bit emotional. Anyway, the other huge change is that Mackena will be starting 4-K in 2 weeks. I can't believe my little girl is starting school....AHH!!! She is so excited though. We went to open house the other night and she already loves her teacher and asked the next morning if she could go to school. Precious! She's definitely ready but things sure will be different around here with her gone in the am's.

Other highlights of our summer have been going up north with my fam, camping, fishing, BIRTHDAYS of course, driving to Kansas AGAIN this summer to get another a new puppy, Haakon getting SO big too fast, Bay Beach, another new baby friend, having Bode & Cooper stay with us, Brekk's swollen face, me getting pneumonia and missing my 10 year class reunion(sad), home improvements & house hunting,and lots of fun in the sun! Not sure I will be able to get all the pics that I want to on this post so look for more to come. Pray that the transition and moving goes smooth...it may be an adjustment for the little ones! Thanks!!!

We've been busy since Haakon was born so I wasn't able to post all of the Peterson happenings. Here are some pics of the other things we've been up to. Lots of babies have been born these past 3 months, so Haakon's been meeting lots of new friends and Mac and Brekk have had there fill of holding babies. :) To catch you up on everything: Brekk had his first haircut and looks like such a big boy, every nice day is spent outside playing...thank goodness for spring :), we spent a weekend at Heath and Loraine's house for Cooper's dedication, Haakon is such a smiley baby and "talks" all the time, we put in new carpet and a kitchen floor, lots of parties, and on a sad note...we sold one of our dogs.
