The Peterson Family: April 2009

We have been having lots of fun going on walks and playing outside as it's finally been warming up a little bit here in WI. All of our snow is gone and we are ready for summer! :) Haakon is growing like a weed....he's 10 weeks old and weighs about 10 lbs. Crazy how fast time flies! Mackena and Brekk are asking to be outside all day every day and have been trying to get over some crazy colds. Hopefully the weather will continue to be nice and we can be done being sick. Even little Haakon had a cough and yucky nose....poor little man. He's much better now too so we are all feeling pretty good. The past couple weeks have been pretty busy for us as we are getting ready to put the house on the market. We got new carpet and my dad came to help us put in a new kitchen floor. Now we just need to refinish the wood floor in the dining room and do a couple more little things and we should be ready to sell. Hopefully someone will be ready to buy! :) We love our house but have just out grown it already. It was a great starter home and I have really mixed emotions about selling. This is our first house, the house we put SO much hard work into, the house be brought all of our babies home to, we LOVE our great neighbors, etc. It's hard to move on but I guess there really isn't much of a choice. We plan on moving out into the country...more room for the dogs to run and less problems for Andy to deal with as far as being a cop and living in town, if you get what I'm saying (kids around here have nothing better to do besides be naughty and our house is sometimes the target!). It will be fun looking for a new house and making new memories in a new home! :) Easter pics are coming soon!!!
